1. Service and acceptance
Uskeep is a shared organizer for plans, dates, tasks, goals, notes, passes, memories, care logs and other everyday information. By creating an account or using a released version, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Uskeep is operated by Andrii Plashevskyi.
2. Accounts and shared spaces
You must be an adult and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. Keep your sign-in method and pairing codes secure. A person may use some parts of the app alone; access to another person’s data depends on the app’s explicit permissions, not a claimed relationship. You are responsible for the records you enter and for having the right to share them.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of information, photos and files you add. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content only to provide the features you use, apply your sharing choices, maintain security and satisfy legal obligations. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material, or information you are not authorized to handle.
4. Care and medicine
Baby and Medicine are recording and reminder tools. They do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, calculate a safe dose, check interactions, or replace a clinician, pharmacist or emergency service. A scheduled reminder, delivered notification or planned dose is not proof that medicine was taken. You are responsible for verifying all entries, doses, times and decisions with a qualified professional where appropriate.
5. Goals, storage and reliability
Plans & savings records goals, contributions and expenses; Uskeep does not hold or transfer money. Vault and time capsules are not emergency storage or a guaranteed sole copy of documents. Server-managed encryption is not end-to-end encryption. Keep your own backup of important material. We may update features and will give notice of material changes where required.
6. Optional Plus subscriptions
Uskeep Plus may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store shows the current price, period, renewal and any trial before you confirm. The store handles billing, taxes and refund requests under its terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel in the store account before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases checks eligible purchases associated with the relevant store account. The exact benefits and shared-space entitlement are those shown in the app at purchase time.
7. Acceptable use and suspension
Do not misuse the service, try to bypass security or usage limits, access someone else’s records, distribute spam, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where reasonably needed to protect users, data or the service, subject to applicable law.
8. Deletion and availability
You may request deletion from the app’s Settings. Your access ends when deletion completes; shared records may remain for an authorized partner as described in the Privacy Policy. The service is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, notification delivery or loss-free storage.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by relying on Uskeep as the only copy of important information, or by using its care logs as medical advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law, changes and contact
Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply where they give you greater rights. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting your right to bring a claim in a competent court where local law permits. We may change these Terms and notify you of material changes as required by law.
