Delete your account
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the secure online deletion request; you will need to verify control of the account email before confirming deletion. Shared content may remain available to an authorized partner as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and refunds
Open the app’s subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases if a previously paid plan is missing. To cancel, use the Subscriptions section of your Apple or Google store account. Deleting your Uskeep account does not cancel store billing. The store handles charges and most refund decisions. Include your platform and transaction date — not your full payment-card number — when contacting support.
Notifications
Check that the reminder is enabled in Uskeep and notifications are allowed in your device settings. Delivery depends on the operating system and network and is not guaranteed. For Medicine, a reminder never marks a dose as taken.
